Due to overwhelming demand, we have instituted the following policy for donation requests. Fill out the form below for consideration and please feel free to reach out to us via email if you have any other questions.

Timeline: Donation requests must be submitted one month prior to the needed date.

Donation Cap: Individual donations will be in the form of Gift Card only and must not exceed $50 value.

Limitations: We have set a monthly cap for donations. We will notify chosen and deferred recipients in a timely manner and provide the option for the next month of distribution if possible. Receipt of donation required at time of exchange.

Parameters: Though we except requests for donations to any and all entities, we are choosing to prioritize our local community (specifically Munford) when feasible.
